PSRO Server DC ?! Help :/

Good evening, I have the following problem.
We are a group of people who have made a PSRO server,
It works everything as wanted and everything is as it should be down to one

We or I log into the game, then have a play time of 15 minutes sometimes also 1 hour or only half an hour.
After that, we automatically get a disconnect?

What can I have wrongly set on the game server, which causes these problems, or is it nevertheless something larger?

I hope for many advice and help
PS: is a 140 cap server!

check your billing server at shard manager config
