Actually your pic is a fail also, "when your best just inst good enough" cant you read the mood? Its a failure not a fail, its demotivating/motivating(depends on the point of view) picture, not a "phial pic". Ecsro team fails in most of things they do, so it should be like "If you fail, you dont disappoint me abymore". So it will be actually a positive fail(of ecsro)
