stall network in private server?

i remember many many manyyyy years ago, i played isro once and there was network stall (which u can access through icon button or npc? cant remember) and has search engine to find items you're looking for, you also can sell/buy through it.

why i cant find this in any private server nowadays? i really like that feature.

IFAIK creddy online is the only pserver which still has stallwork fully working. One of the reasons Joymax removed this feature is becuase people were exploiting the **** out of it.
