[vSRO] Quest system stops working

Hey,

I seem to have a problem where all quests just stop working. The problem doesn't occur with a clean database, but sets in pretty quickly. It's definitely account related, as another account will not necessarily have the same issue.
Once it happens, the NPCs will still have the quest icon above their head, but there's no way to talk to them about quests. All active quests will also stop progressing.

I haven't messed around with anything quest related in the database yet, so I'm not sure what causes it. Anyone got any ideas?

There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with them as far as I can tell. I've tried to recompile the .sct files, but that didn't fix the problem.
