Whether you can create a Silkroad Private server on a Debian root server, if so. Could be one over pn or here in the comments explain.

No not directly.

You will need Windows machine for MSSQL (VMware or VPS/Dedi).
Microsoft announced MS SQL for Linux, but when,how is not know yet.
For rest, there should be no problem to run exe (at least in theory).

Wrong, there are early adopted versions of MSSQL released from Microsoft so you can run it on Linux. It comes with 2 repos that you will have to install and that's it.

Yes, what about perfomance? last time when I tried to host a server on linux had huge loading problems.

Loading is very fast if set VMWare with 8GB of ram, with 4GB had some delays at starting SR_Shard and SR_Game but after all good.
SMC in Linux is working but throw non-stop errors in GlobalManager and MachineManager (that I never see a error before) if start SMC remotely from Windows all is good.
Soon I will try to run a production server in linux with at least 100 players, if this will work I will post, if not then no )
