How to block the buf chars during PVP?

During PVPs the players taking buf from the zone without cape. Is there any way to prevent this? Or which skills can be cancelled?

Hello okulyolu,
It could be done using a packet filter, search online for a good vsro packet filter able to disable skills and use it, or you could use supermike open source packet filter
