Hello Bedo,
aside from just using google to help you, here is the path
Media\server_dep\silkroad\textdata\skilleffect.txt ...
you have to know where exactly to put ur lines.

am know where the path te get skilleffect am need the path te put the lines at skilleffect.text

Open the skilleffects.txt with the normal notepad, search for " //effect " down there you can the effect of the skill, but why do you wanna add an effect to a honor buff? It is appearing a red text in the right-down side? If so dont worry, no normal player is able to see it
