HWID ban, how does it works?

Hello!

My question is that how the HWID ban works? Where does it take place in the database ( i mean where are the HWIDS are shown of the users? ). HWID is saved for every user in SQL?

Can someone get HWID ban when he/she is offline? Or HWID is only shown when online?

When offline, only IP ban and Account ban is possible?
