Machine Manager wrong IP

Hello,

I'm trying to setup my own offline vsro server and I'm at "starting everything"-step now. I've started the customCertificationServer.bat and the GlobalManager. Both seem to work fine.

Now I want to start the Machine Manager and it opens but closes after a few seconds. The GlobalManager says:

Certification request from : MachineManager(192.168.0.106)
cannot certify server body : [MachineManager][192.168.0.106]

But thats not the IP I've set at server.cfg and all Cert files.
I've set 127.0.0.1 everywhere (localhost, for offline server).
I have the same problem like this guy in this thread:

And there is an answer from LastThief, who says that I need to open the MachineManager in Hex Workshop and edit the IP.

I've opened the Machine Manager in Hex Workshop and searched for the text string but couldn't find anything.

I've typed 192.168.0.106 and 192 168 0 106 and even 192 but couldnt find anything.

Does anybody know how to change the IP in this .exe?

I just checked other .exe files and I get the same error with everything after GlobalManager!
So it's not only MachineManager.

Should I still try this tool?

Does the tool have to be in a specific folder or just anywhere?

Simply disable (deactivate) other adapters like Hamachi's, any other tunneling adapter, loopback adapters, etc.
Just go to your network stuff (icon tray, computer/wlan symbolic thingy), rightclick, network bla bla, edit adapter settings (in the new window, left side), rightclick there on any adapter, except the one with lan network/wlan adapter (real internet adapter via eithernet cable / wlan connection).

Restart your cert and modules. No need for rebooting your whole PC. Just keep in mind, you have to do this every time after you re-/boot your PC.

Put it in directory where you have server modules.

Have done that, it didn't help.

which server files do you use?
Compile the server.cfg with your IP, also install IIS for the billing server
if you have any hyperfilter.ini also there you sould add your IP
to get your IPv4 ip , run the cmd with admin rights and type " ipconfig " copy your IPv4 address and compile the server.cfg corectly ,then none of modules will crash again

I'm still using the blitzkrieg serverfiles.
I've changed all IP's in server.cfg to 127.0.0.1 and installed IIS.
I don't have a hyperfilter.
And I'm not using my network IP, I'm using the localhost-IP which is always the same (127.0.0.1).

Here is my server.cfg:

With "compile" you mean that I should change the IP's at server.cfg and save it, right?

And another thing is, that when I'm at Cert folder and decompile the packt.dat, edit the ini folder then compile it, I don't get a new_packt.dat like it is explained in the tutorial of Dr.Abdelfattah.

Any other solutions?

Just change the configured IPs to your adapters IP-Address. Its easier than patching all the binaries to link-local (127.0.0.1).

As long as you don't forward any ports in your router, your server will still be "offline".

No man,I told you how to get your IPv4, compile everything with your Ipv4 IP not 127.0.0.1 (even thought 127.0.0.1 is the local IP , but you have to put there your IPv4 IP) Thats the reason why everything is crashing. Just replace 127.0.0.1 with your IPv4 IP , excepting Sr_ShardManager, Billing server URL must be 127.0.0.1:8080
Just replace the IPs and the problem will be solved...

alright, I will try it with my own IP.

I don't have no x trap files in my folders. Do I need something like Agent_noxtrap ?
I've seen that on a video and realized that I dont have that file.

EDIT: changed the IP to my IPv4 now and everything is opening up.

Last problem for today:

I'm running the files from sroinfo, which are basically the Blitzkrieg-Files. They work just fine for dev-stuff.

The Gameserver takes a while to startup. Just give it some time. Have a look at the Log-View in the SR_Gameserver window. It notify you in case of problems.
If you're just doing development-stuff, you might want to disable some regions or reduce the entity-count.
