[QUESTION] world map resizing / teleporting

Good evening E*pvpers.

Im working on a few things regarding vsro files and i came across 2 questions that i did not know how to modify, couldnt find any helpful resources myself as well. Im not sure, maybe i looked at the wrong keywords.

Well what i want to know are 2 things:
1. When you press M ingame, scrolling around you get to a border, where you cant scroll further, in map it is purple'ish dark. Question is - if i want to edit out jangan and downhand, is it possible to resize the ma width so that people wouldnt be able to scroll further then hotans right side river for example? decreasing the width from the right side.

2. For test purposes i need to change teleport allowed with Tran cos active from samarcand to consta and back, where exactly am i able to change this? what condition it is and what number does it need under _reftelelink? or am i wrong about the table?

Would be great if i could get an answer for this, thank you ^^

second i think it could be done throw [_RefGame_World_Config] *not sure*
or a filter

Nope, it is not there, went over the table twice. Only for cave areas there is a limiter.
