even if they are dinamic or so
block all Ip's outside the Country
is that posible ?

Sure, all nations have theire own ip adress extension. Set filter to it, and you wil have only national server. But you can´t avoid users to use proxy in youre country. Then you must blacklist proxy server adreses. And its hard to track.

That's not always true. Some ISPs buy external ips, i know that for a fact. RDS, the largest romanian ISP bought some german ips a while back and is still using them today.
