ROC System on other MOB

I would like to change the ROC system to another mob any.

It's possible?
When I speak of the system, I refer to the list of items that drop in September roc may have.
I would for example take the set DG8 SUN remove the drop and colocalos to drop directly from the death of this mob would I choose.

It is how to do this?
If so basically I need to change what tables?
