Need a New Private SRO Server Guide

I want to setup a private SRO server, but I read through all the guide here. It's either the links are broken, or the sql servers are too old to download from microsoft.

Hence I need a new guide, please help.

I have the same problem I would like to learn how to setup a server and learn on my pc first. But databases are from 2012. Links are broken or outdated or with viruses.

I don't want to try every guide since I think most of them won't work anymore. =/
