This program MAG_MATTR_LUCK command is getting the dress extra luck.
While this program does not spend a sp mastery lvl up.

i think they used program of plus or stone i don`t remember how but they used it

dude most of servers Fixed that Exploit
but u can get it by using tools that released in Exploits/hacks sections
or u can just inject packet with PHconnector or any tool u like
u will find Allowed Blues in Media just extract it ^^
