How to add your own quests?

How can i add a quest (with npc) with optional items you can choose like 1 of 3 weapons as a reward?

the lua scrips is where you add the npc mobs to quest.. rewards are in the db side for pick reward. a good example find the fgw quest in the db. easy to find look for the egy b items to find the id to the quest. but the fgw quest will only show ch wep to ch eu weps tp eu etc. but a good start. hope that helps
