SRO windowed mode?

I have a few questions about SRO's windowed mode.
(Seeing as I have Win7 x64, when I close SJSRO, it goes not responding)

Is it possible to make SRO start up in windowed mode?

And could someone supply me with a picture of how the windowed mode looks? My windowed mode has no bar at the top, and the aspect ratio is weird.

I don't believe it's possible to start up in windowed mode, unless you can get a loader that does this... Can't recall reading about any loaders that start up windowed though.

You clearly did NOT read my topic thoroughly. I didn't ask how, I asked IF it could start up in windowed mode, meaning it wouldn't go full screen.
