Well either delete the database that's conflicting with your backup and then restore it using the restore option of databases (right click databases and hit restore) | Make sure you check overwrite option while restoring the empty database.
bro go to your SQL main place in :
c:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10_50.Ace\MSSQL\DATA
and delete the data base you want to restore then do the same progress again !

When i trying to restore these files, i cant find the .bak files in my computer. I tried to reinstall the program, and i started a searching for those files, but no results.
