SWSRO server check?

Sorry guys im new to swsro and i dont know if this is an error or not.
When i run it next to there server has 2 blue "?" that means it's in check right?

Just making sure because on the server stats it states that it's open with
250+ people logged on

blue - easy
yellow - populated
red - crowded
grey - check

how come i can't log on then. when i try to sign in it displays a bunch of yellow questionmarks
