i go't this error how i can fix it? i set the smc and the server.cfg to work the CTF but show this every time i logg on or i teleport other town... and idk what i can do , some help? loock here the photo

the problem is even tho it says that that "Capture the Flag is going to starts in 10 minutes" every time he tries to register is says "you may not register at the time" even tho he made the proper configuration in server.cfg/SMC

don't worry it took me a while till i figured it out its not your fault, hes just really ******* stupid
