it would be interesting one pure warlock class, warrior, cleric , etc..
would avoid pt euro chars full res and bless

At first I thought "reducing cooldown HP/MP 15 sec to 10 sec.. would work?" meant to be a request of how to reduce the cooldown of potions.
Then, after reading it all I figured out you want a server who has 10 seconds potion cooldown.
I personally think a server with such an edit merely doesn't exist.I'm not saying it's not possible I just don't think anyone would do that.
Why? Because people buff chinese race and nerf european one.Why would they give them such a major buff?

A pure caster/meele/buffer class? Why so? It's like choosing bower without any force skill.Your damage output will suck as hell.

Again, no, I don't think such server exists.

I'd prefer an increased potion cooldown to 30 seconds for EU chars. That way EU requires a PT to succeed and bards get more useful in pvp again. With 1 Mastery only (I guess that's what he meant?) PT will be needed aswell. In solo CHN would have better advantages again.

No one figured out the offset for the potion delay, not server nor client sided. And those who got it, won't share it. I wouldn't, if I have had a clue. *cough*
Chinese chars could deserve some potion cooldown, 5-10s.

Well, for regular potions I don't know the offsets, but for grains yes, pretty sure everyone can find for grains though.

I have the offsets both sro_client and GS but i won't share it .. ( iam not bad but the community is ) i got enough of this community so nobody deserve anything except some people .. and again yes i've it
