Some help With SMC Setting for fortrres? Plz?

Period for registred i want to set everyday all day , the Period when strat forrtres be every Week Every Sunday at 20:00 -22:00 and th Update be at 00:00 Sunday , and Tax Period be every day at 17:00-22:00
