Request: HELP (China Healing/Mana cycles)

Hey Folks!

I have enough hopeless attempts:

My China healing/mana Cycle do not restore hp/mp , i change values/params many many times, and its still nothing, just Skill icon show for 16seconds and nothing more , Targets are setup correct, just look on that , i have no idea how to should be correct: thats after i dunno after 30 changes

I know they can be wrong , but as i said i have no more ideas for that.
I guess skilleffect.txt dosnt matter for that ... ? (rhetorical question)

Also i just modify those skills only in database , i made a test i changed need Mana Points for skill for 1000 , and the changes has seen in Client so i guess there is no need to change it in skilldataXXXX.txt

Maybe just some open his DB and mark 2 rows with that skills pres ctrl+c and past here? :P

EDIT1: Healing Cycle fixed
Still cannot setup mana cycle.
EDIT2: Mana Cycle fixed 2, copy/pasta FTW!!! I dont know how to fck made that DB buggy as hell.
