Looking for no bot servers

Is there any server dont make you insta 120 lvl so you can avtually enjoy all silkroad maps but also dont have to farm one year to level up from 109 to 110? I wanna trade or protect os steal and find uniques for my level and actually play with teammates? Is there any private server kind of this?
