(Error Code 2) please help..

every time i want to press Start,
its make en error:

and i tryed to run as administration.
i tryed to Run this program in compatibility:Windows XP (Service Pack 3).
i got windows 7.
and i got Anti-virus Avast.

i hope there is more solutions to fix it..

redload a sro_client, turn off your AV extract the sro_client to your private server folder in your program files exclude your private server folder from you AV. Turn on your AV and play
