Silkroad Online Launcher has stopped working

Oke so I got this error that is driving me nuts. I've tried everything I could think of and nada, zip, zero.

As far as my as my advanced computer knowledge and programming skills can tell, this is a connection issue. Network troubleshoot problems doesn't give me nothing but a when I do a scan for the server IP I get these:

I've tried to find a solution based on what that scan tells me, resetting TCP/IP, flush ****, renew whatever. Nothing works. I've even tried a system restore.

Also, I get this on all sro servers not only one. So after hours of disabling and enabling and renewing and installing and messing with things I have no idea about, I've decided to try my luck here. Anyone?

Well it didn't take long for someone to make me look stupid I see. Thank you mate, you are awesome.

Apparently that DEP thing works even though for some reason the first time I tried it didn't.

1)Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select>Apply>Ok>Restart.
2)Go to DEP and add silkroad.exe, sro_client.exe, replacer.exe >Apply>Ok.

Hopefully this will work.
