[Request] Problem with Fortress registration

hello everyone,

just as typically i need help again ^^

today on my server the fortress registration time started. (im using vsro files)
i tried to register but i cant. (MSG: Number of the guild member is insufficient.)

So my question:

can i change the number of guild members needed to register for fortress war ?

As far as i know that is a gameserver.exe restriction, not a stored procedure. sorry.
