searching for auto private chat system

for ex: auto send private chat for user after he get a gift item

and/or send private chat to support character and that character feeds back like help system

You can either use _Memo_Add procedure from SRO_VT_SHARD procedure or a filter/"event" bot

_memo part is for private messages not private chat i guess

Packet filter is a better way.. find sroprot somewhere around releases (Chern0byl's packet filter, it's released)
