Ecsro;MAC PROBLEM

Ok so Ive made it this far with Crossover;
I installed the old Ecsro_Version 1.091 [because its the only version with the installer]
So I[am] downloading all the files one by one;
For the ecsro server;
and everytime I download the Ecsro test server media [I AM downloading correct files, and Ive downloaded 3 different medias, It keeps saying there ALL damaged and silkroadonline launcher is closing,
Does anyone know why it keeps saying there damaged?

What OS do you use on your MAC?
Maybe your OS does NOT support your Ecsro client.

If I understand correctly, you downloaded 1.091 and patch it with media.pk2/data.pk2/particle.pk2 right?

That's wrong lol.

Test Server or The public server use different files, just download the whole test server files like every1 did

I didn't download the whole folder, just replaced the media.pk2 ans sro_client in swsro folder and i am done...and yes ofcourse Os in mac is 180 degrees away from Pc.

I duno much about MAC but it doesnt support rars?That would be strange...
and yes 1.091 is very wrong....This version is using MySRO and SJSRO...

FierceCole, the way I used to run iSRO/tSRO/ECSRO on my Mac was bootcamp... Takes about 30 mins to setup, then it works perfectly fine. Do you need the files for testserver or for normal ECSRO on your mac?

I attempted bootcamp;
And I have a windows vista CD;
But when i tried to install it said;
Windows need to be installed on a NTFS format;
and I had talked to mac,
and he was an ******* about it;
and told me he couldnt help me because it was "windows issues"
...Do you know how to format it from FAT32, to NTFS?

Hmm. I have windows XP (still, lol), so I'm not too sure about Vista installations. I've found this though- it might be helpful.

#EDIT: Ok, Ive tried both the programs, and I cant get them to work;
Ive tried looking to open Sro_Client.exe with the macfuse and It doesnt show because Macfuse automattically installs into your system prefrence,
Im not sure what the issue is but Im using CrossOver games,
Which seems to work so far;
But for some reason it says the MEDIA.pk2 is damaged,
No matter how many times I download it, Or what different ones i download,
I think it may be, because Mac OS, doesnt support the kind of media, it is?
But I may be wrong,

Which ECSRO are you trying to load? testserver or normal ECSRO?

Strange, i had same iMac too.
I returned it back to store, as i didnt liked it because some programs i use didn't worked on it, like Cinema 4D, and more ... Sro.. I've got my money back..
I dont know, you should go to a Mac specialist, you can find this guys at the Apple store.

Find a guide to install windows onto a mac with bootcamp, your going to have to reduce the mac partion which uses some sort of journal format that they have, and fill up the new blank space with a ntfs partion once you load up the vista CD.
