From what I know of a MAC.

MAC OS can't run on a NTFS partition, you will need to shrink your main partition into 2, one for MAC and one for Vista (NTFS)

FAT32 is old.

I attempted that,
and talked to mac;
He told me that mac doesnt support NTFS;
And I asked him is there anyway to change it, ect.
and he said he couldnt help me because it was a windows issue.

You could try VMware fusion..

It will let you install Windows Vista on a virtual partition within ur MAC partition, so you can run both MAC OS and Vista without the need to dual boot, or reboot.

As i said, reduce the partion size of OS X, and then do the bootcamp thing and put the vista CD in.... from the vista CD you can create a windows NTFS partion with the space u gained from reducing the Mac one

How would I create the NTFS partion?
Cause when I put in the CD it just brings me through the guide of installation.
and when it ask me where I want to install it;
I choose disk partion 3;
and it says windows must be installed on NTFS partion;
It doesnt give me an option to make that format.

Create the partion before clicking install, make sure you reduced the size of the os x partion

Because you probally didnt reduce the mac partion and there is no more space for partions...




REDUCE THE MAC PARTION WHILE IN OS X

Then put the vista cd in and progress through install

at a screen like that hit advanced options and create a partion in the space u saved from reduceing the mac one

Just wondering why you would use MAC OS at all when all you're trying to do is be on Windows.

Why bother dual booting them, unless it was for test sake, seems like a waste of time, either create a virtual partition or single boot the one you will use the most.

because I use comp more than just sro;
I dont play that much,
and other for gaming, I hate windows,
and enjoy mac much more.
