Login, open console, type /worldstatus
If the mobs/npc count is equal to/above 50k, then use the query below.

UPDATE TAB_REFNEST SET dwmaxtotalcount -=3 where dwmaxtotalcount > 7

Then restart your gs. If the error still persists after using the query above, then keep executing it till the mobs count goes below 50k and the pets work.
