Grab and using packet

what is the packet of grabing an item?
and also using this item after grabing it

packet.WriteInt8(0xEC); // 4 bytes itemtype
packet.WriteInt8(0x29);
Agent.Send(packet);

704C is item usage it has nothing to do with grabbing.
