i was trying to collect files from different sources before i even start doing any work my self for long time
and nobody help either i see...

if you got the money for dedicated server its always better because with home pc you have to either use a port forwarding program like hamachi or something and your limited on ram which causes real bad lag and you can have tons more people on dedicated .
