I Bought 4accounts via paypal from some german guy.
3 of them have 40-45silks so there is a question :

1.He can do chargeback ?
2.If he can told me in what time he can do chargeback from last buy (40 days , 60 days , 90 days or maybe 4years ?)

He can chargeback the paypal payment 180 days

he can 180 days long so he can chargeback 120 days
