Question how to make skill dont work togther

i want ask about if i have 2 skills they work at same time
example at warlocks skills there is Sleep Skill and Trip skill
how i can make both dont work at same time
if he use trip other one cant be add or loading with the other one

no, he is speaking about following bug:

sleep enemy
but trap on him
*sleep should go away but it doenst*
bug:
you can attack the enemy now till trap explodes

actually in my files its fixed idk if its binary related or reference related
ps: its not the skill its about the state wich is triggered
