Problem in Arena registeration ...

Hello Dear Epvp Members

i Had a problem in my server i can't resolve it ! could some one help me ?

1.where can be problem with open arena, in game write that you can register in arena, all players can't find registration link in Arena manager NPC...

thats right and check if u make the right time setup for arena reg. (like 20 mints)
