About swSRO Server 2

Well im really ****** off with swsro server 1 (check 24/7) so im thinking about going to server 2 with some friends, i was wondering:
1)theres always check as swsro1?
2)theres lag?
3)theres people playing or just empty? (by empty i meant. a really few amount of ppl)

1. No it barely ever checks.
2. Not yet but when more people go it will be
3. Theres people playing just mostly chinese players.
