the problem from addnewchar you can use it from another db exemple orignal vsro relesed db

Yeah, it's a query issue. Check _AddNewChar
SRO_VT_SHARD (or w/e you have called it) >> Programmability >> Stored Procedures >> _AddNewChar
There you might notice what is wrong.
