SMC problem AccesDenied

Today i have problem with smc

Acces Denied i used this server files with db eric emergencysro and everything its alright when yesterday i change db for new one i clean everything its working good server succesfull load but smc not work he give me acces denied dunnow why

the account i maked in another my db working on this db not ;( DB - TopixSro Released by eric

GM Group in this database not 1 1
It's 179 179 Maybe
Check GM Group
