[Problem] Premium Cant Be Used

Certain Premium Can't be used with honor buffs 4x1 it gives this error

any idea how to fix it ?
this error only in this premium, the 10% premium works fine with that buff.

go to RefObjComm.. and search for Premuim Code than change service from 0 to 1
than restart server
