Problem with SR_Gameserver & SR_ShardManager

Hello . i am trying to make a dummy Server Before i start a real Project so i did everything As Guide but in this step The SMC >ServerControl> Shard is always offline . i tried resetting every step that i already made but though the problem still occurs . Please Help me Attached the Photo of the errors.


Am sorry if the images dont Show so PLEASE CLICK ON THEM TO SHOW . as it seems i am "Fairly New"

Thanks For Replying . i already did that . the settings of the ini files are good as far as i know. Can i Skype u Cuz this problem is really getting on my nerve i have been trying to fix it for the past 2 days and when i couldn't i posted it here So i would really appreciate if i can Skype u or sth .
