He asked for a program to block a website/agentserv, this kind of request does not go under the 'game hacks', it's a physical hack that applies to the host, which is obviously not allowed.

It's allowed to share "Game Hacks" which affects the client activity. Server sided hacks *in general(for any game)* are not allowed.

As I said asking, for exploits/hacks is not allowed. In case of releasing, they're kept so others can explore them and find the fix.

So, it's okay to release the hacks and exploits and not okay to ask for them?
