SET IT.RefItemID = 18
FROM _Items IT
JOIN _RefObjCommon R
ON IT.RefItemID = R.ID
WHERE R.Service = 0

Login.

60% Sure it's an item problem.

yea its an item problem .. try to clear all items from addnewchar .. then try again

or from smc after crash viwe inventory of char & avatar inventory clear all character items > login .. working ?! yea remove this item or check the db lines !
