WHo can tell me how i can make server without hamachi? and without any host , cuz i want open server at my PC , who know tell me plz !

Try loopback Adapter.

Just redirect the gameports to your computer. If you wanna make it frequently reachable WAN sides I recommend to - at least you should - rent a dyndns servicename.

I hope this isnt a advertisement:

Create up to 30 unique hostnames
Rapid propagation with low TTLs

Permanent device connectivity

--> 30 unique hostnames means 30 different ports are useable (example: GW 15779, Agent 15884 etc)

you have to enter the dyndns name into your router.
should work with all common devices which are not older than ~4 years.

Disable your Firewall and open all the ports you need for Silkroad.
Also you need a good internet connection for the players.

Maybe he wants to test some basics with friends (trading,pvping) instead of buying a server to test some stuff
