Problem with GameServer (microsoft visual c++ runtime library)

guys i was working on my server and when i finish yestarday i turn out my PC and today when i try to open my server i get this error in GameServer



i get that error, but he takes around 1 or 2 minutes
in that time i can open the server and login with char but
then i get the error or if i dont login in the server i get the error
help pliz

Close some towns :
SRO_VT_SHARD > _RefRegionBindAssocServer > Set Service 0 to close
but make sure that CHINA , Eu ,Ca is working (Service 1) because it's the towns where the new chars created on !

does it have 5 page grab pets,etc?
