Where can I find the newest servers that just launched recently?

You could check the Advertising Section and read the thread starting date, mostly people start threads on the same day of server launching.

For faster browsing, go the "Dispaly Options" at the bottom of every forum, at options choose 'thread start date' then click on "show threads" it will view the forum in another list based on what you've chosen.
