And what will be the point?
Silkroad is a multiplayer mmorpg based on being with a community, there's actually nothing to clear there like other games. So plvling alone, grinding or whatever you do in sro would be worthless if you're alone, it would be boring as hell.

actually, you can, using 127.0.0.1 as the ip for EVERYTHING and never publishing the address

It's possible, just set IPs to localhost in your server configuration files.
