When i try to restore database SRO_VT_ACCOUNT i get error

The media family on device 'C:/SRO_VT_ACCOUNT.bak' is incorrectly formed. SQL Server cannot process this media family.
RESTORE HEADERONLY is terminating abnormally. (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 3241)
PLS HELP ME.
