The Steps:
1] Open SQL
2] Connect
3] Now you'll see PS_UserData , PS_GameData and etc etc
4] Right click Them > Tasks > Detach > and Detach it and all.
5] After your done , Right click on System Database > Attach And choose the wanted PS_UserData etc.
