hey guys i wanna know sjsro new server is only bad for me?? or no body can connect??? i dont want flame... im a noob and etc... but i wanna know

Hello epvpers, My frend got problem and i don't know how to fix it, i so a post how but video link is not working... Problem is: sjsro lounch as window mode, he try to change rezoliution but it's don't work still in wondows mode... Second problem is when he logs in, he don't see a start button, he somewhere down in screen and he don't see it and can start a sro..

I know that the reg usually opens 3AM to 8AM GMT+0 My GMT is +2 and every day i try to reg at 7.30 its 5.30 at GMT+0 I am trying for about a week every day!!!Why the reg is closed?? Plz help me maybe time is wrong or something??What shuold I do? thanks for answers!!
