I'd say it's worth a try. I personally would prefer a server which starts at cap 60 and goes up to 80 or maximum 90, but I guess that's already thought one step too far.
You don't need a petition you need a plan. Why the hell should they work if they lose money or get none?
We need both. I wonder if there is any member here who has genuine contact with a member of Joymax? If we could at least send it to one of their GM's to forward it
This idea may not work, and Joymax probably won't even acknowledge it, but it's worth a shot.
And then, once we reach X amount of signature, we use every method (their forum, their email services, hell even their customer services number) to send the petition to them? I'm only thinking of this idea because I don't want to see SRO die, and I'd pretty much love to see Retro servers be introduced.
Yes the idea won't work. But hey, this is the internet where **** gets tried all the time.
About reaching their w/e. I got a friend in seoul atm.. aren't their headquarters of there?

Me and a friend rang them. It took us like 10 minutes to figure out what the **** the woman on the phone was saying. It sounded like "Please press 4". So, we pressed 4, nothing happened. 5 minutes later, we chose to pick 1. It worked! Now, we have to wait 1 hour 26 minutes until Joymax opens. Great
With our ****** Korean, we managed to be DIRECTED to Joymax's english department. We told the guy we had a suggestion for 80 cap. he asked for our email, then the call cut out. ****. Ahh well, it's progress.
EDIT: Called them back. This time, I got his email. He wants to listen to our suggestion (probably because we annoyed them like **** with 30 ~ missed calls)

Some other people claim that joymax can decrease server capacity if they wanna force us to charge premiums .
